Personal data collected
I collect your name(s) so that we can have an ongoing dialogue, I collect your email address so that I can correspond with you, and I collect your phone number(s) so that I can call you if I need to get hold of you i.e. returning your calls, asking an important question about your commission and/or purchase of my art, etc. I also collect your postal address so that I can add this information to invoices and postal correspondence including sending your art to you by courier.
All of this is necessary information to enable the business to function well.
How I collect and keep your personal data
If you contacted me via my contact form on my website, this comes through to me into my email inbox which is accessed via a secure password. This password doesn’t contain any link to me. When you correspond with Rita Cariad Art, your email will be stored in the client database which is only accessible through one computer. If you enquire but don’t buy from me or place a commission with me all of your data will be deleted from my client database after the appropriate period has ended.
