Returns

Overview

My Refunds and Returns policy lasts 30 days from date of payment. If 30 days have passed since your purchase then a refund is not possible.

To be eligible for a return, your painting must be in the same condition that you received it in.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your painting. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take a couple of days depending on the bank and payment process used.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund is late, please check with your credit card company first and allow time for processing the refund.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me.

Exchanges

I can offer an exchange if your painting has been damaged in transit during the delivery process. Original paintings cannot be replaced as they are unique (not copies or prints). If you need to exchange a painting please contact me.

Returns

To return your painting, you should contact me to arrange delivery.

You will be responsible for paying the return delivery costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return delivery will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchange to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable and insured delivery service when returning a painting in case it gets lost or damaged in the post.
